Our secret lies in the exhaustive control measures involved in the elaboration process of our desserts, applying in each and every one of them the traditional techniques used since our beginnings. All the people involved in the process contribute to this endeavor, from the choice of raw materials to the final presentation, all with a main goal; that our consumers are safe and satisfied. All production and distribution processes are subject to strict and rigorous national and international regulations.
