25TH ANNIVERSARY TOURNAMENT EQUELITE BY REINA

The summer tournament ends, on its 25th anniversary, Equelite by
Queen that has been disputed in the city of Villena where the Gijón Pablo
Carreño currently in 25th place in the ATP ranking beat Murcia
Carlos Alcaraz (6-1 6-4).

leaving a great impression of the Murcian player Carlos Alcaraz being the
revelation of the tournament after beating the number ones of Portugal and Australia
Joao Sousa and Alex Miñaur, in order to reach the final in which they are
faced with the player who started from favorite and who in the end would be the winner
of the tournament: Pablo Carreño, who won their respective matches against Pablo
Vilella and Alejandro Davidovich.

After having to leave Alex Minaur due to discomfort during the
Dispute of the consolation final, Alejandro Davidovich took the third
championship position.

In the final they faced the favorite of the tournament Pablo Carreño against the
young promise of the national tennis Carlos Alcaraz, where in a first set
imposed the experience of the Asturian, where he gave no option to Alcaraz

tournament favorite.

All participants of the competition, even if they are on display,
they were at a great level. Spectators, who filled the stands or

sports show.

At the awards ceremony, which was attended by the president of the Reina Group
Mr. Alfonso López Rueda, the associations to which he will go were named
awarded the Prize-Money of the charity tournament to APADIS, UNICEF
and Save de Children.
