After several months of negotiation, Postres Reina (Reina Group) has acquired the majority of the capital of the Portuguese company “CONDI ALIMENTAR”. Located in Lisbon, with a main activity focused on the production and distribution of powdered desserts and gelatins of all kinds, it is until now one of the leaders of the Portuguese market in these categories. Always on the side of innovation and new developments with “Zero, light, vegetable” ranges, it is committed to the care and health of consumers, values very present in its business philosophy.
The brothers Luis and João Pires, remain in the management team of Condi Alimentar, sharing the management with those responsible for “Surivan feel the taste” company of Reina Group specialized in the manufacture of additives, aromas and ingredients for pastry, ice cream and catering, which from now on will take care of the future of the company.
Coinciding with its thirtieth anniversary during this 2021, Condi Alimentar becomes part of REINA GROUP and adds a new company in the Luso country, where it already has another plant in the city of Pombal, (Leiria) DoceReina Sobremesas, which is precisely in the process of expansion, to double its current production, thanks to the start-up of new lines and the improvement of its production processes.
The presence of POSTRES REINA in the Portuguese market increases with this new acquisition of CONDI, and opens a new and exciting stage with which to face the new challenges, thanks to the extensive business trajectory and the synergies that will be established from now on.
